Healing and Thriving
Hi! It’s Shirah Chanté, Relationship Artist, here to inspire you through the arts in your journey towards healing and thriving. Whether you’re joining me for the first time or you’ve been here before, I want to take a moment to invite you to tune into my podcast Relationship Rock where we are building relationships that last. You can hear what I’m talking about with all the inflections that naturally occur in conversation. Even so, I am so happy you’re here.
Letting Go of the Past
Today, let’s focus on the importance of letting go and finding peace in your relationship. Carrying past grudges only weighs you down, but with God’s gracious gift of healing, you have the power to move forward. Remember, you are not alone. Prayer and community support are readily available resources on this path of healing past hurts.
Get Over It with Encouragement
To uplift and motivate you, I’ve written the song Get Over It. Think of it as a gentle push towards new beginnings, just like a midwife helping a new life into the world. Although life presents challenges, you have the grace to overcome any rocks life throws your ways and find healing. You might get bruised by insults or setbacks, but get back up again and continue the struggle.
Bouncing Back from Setbacks
Setbacks, like illness or loss, can feel overwhelming, but resilience is within your grasp. In John 15:5, Jesus reminds us that He’s the vine and we are the branches; with Him, we can bear much fruit. You’re not just participating in a spiritual exercise. This is about engaging in a meaningful relationship with Jesus, who listens to your hopes and desires. It’s about building a relationship with Jesus as your friend, your confidant and your closet ally.
Step into Wisdom and Growth
Seek wisdom on your journey. With all the pitfalls in life, you’ll need it. Here’s a simple strategy: read one chapter from Proverbs each day. These pearls of wisdom will root themselves in your heart. By doing this, you’re setting yourself up for growth, just like a seed transforming into a strong tree.
Live Empowered with Faith
Philippians 4:13 encourages us by saying “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” With Jesus as your foundation, you have the support you need to pursue your dreams and nurture the relationships you seek. Everything you need and want, Jesus will provide.
Stay Connected and Inspired
Thank you for spending this time with me today to focus on strengthening your relationships and inner self. If you want to keep the conversation going, feel free to reach out. You can listen to the Get Over It song here. Until next time, let’s love God, love ourselves, and love each other wholeheartedly. Take care, and continue to shine brightly!
God bless, Shirah Chante, Relationship Artist
