The Love Journey Within
The love journey can be a roller-coaster ride that requires you to cherish the good times while learning from the challenges. I have been there with the fairy tale dream of lasting love, unexpected turns, and moments of self-discovery. I believe love is about finding someone who adores you and also has the same vision as you.
Walking Together in Love
Picture compatibility as a crucial element in your relationship. The scripture Amos 3:3 asks, “How can two walk together unless they agree?” This speaks to the heart of unity. It’s essential to share a vision with your partner. Through my experiences of divorce and from an abusive marriage, I’ve learned the importance of aligning values and aspirations when dating. Without a shared vision, you will struggle to find a forever love. As Genesis 2:18 says, it’s not good for man to be alone. Having a partner who complements your life is truly a blessing from God.
Healing from the Past
Your past traumas can hinder your present romantic love if not dealt with. A very traumatic event in my past caused the entrance of an evil spirt that kept me from receiving lasting romantic love. My pastor pointed this evil spirit tainting my love life out to me, but I didn’t believe him. You see, the evil spirit was blocking me from receiving love and not allowing me to see the truth about what was happening to me.
Experiencing the love God intends for you requires healing from past trauma. Spiritual battles are real, and unchecked wounds can hold you back from lasting romantic love. Facing spiritual challenges and seeking healing are crucial. Allow God’s grace to restore and guide you toward wholeness. Take healing seriously. Deal with past trauma actively by seeking a therapist or Christian counselor, so it won’t stand in the way of your future happiness.
Celebrating Real Love
Love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:7). Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things and endures all things. Your journey with love requires patience, faith, and aligning with God’s will above all else. By following God’s will for you in romance, you walk a blessed path full of divine grace and purpose.
Pursue healing, ensure your relationships are aligned with God’s vision, and welcome love chimes as they continue to ring in your life. Whether you’re in a relationship or seeking one, my prayer is for God to guide and enrich your journey to lasting love.
