Letting Go
Is easier said than done
Letting him
Leaves me undone
Twiddling my thumbs
As I wait and see
I peak around the corner
At what could be
No, it can’t be what I can see
Never is
Faith is evidence unseen
Faith brings patience to wait
Idly by the phone
Waiting for his call
Walking at the mall
Hoping to see him there
Driving down the road
Looking for his abode
Well I just need to let go
