Father God,
Thank You for Your light.
Thank You for making us light in a dark world.
You are the Light of the world, and You have called us to shine. In seasons of darkness, confusion, and uncertainty, help us not to shrink back but to stand and shine our light.
This year, Lord, let us shine where darkness tries to hide. Let us run the race set before us and fight the good fight of faith with courage as we choose to walk in the light of God’s glory.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
