Life isn’t easy, but His burden is easy and His yoke is light (Matthew 11:30). I’m talking about Jesus Christ. Sometimes it feels like we’re in a constant struggle against doubts, temptations, and the challenges of this world. But here’s the good news: the fight is already fixed.
Jesus said, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world (John 16:33).
In 1 Timothy 6:12, Paul encourages us to “fight the good fight of faith.” Jesus already won the war on the cross when He died for us, and three days later God raised Him from the dead (Galatians 1:1). The cross sealed it. The resurrection proved it.
So don’t give up. Don’t back down. Every struggle you face is temporary, but your victory in Christ is eternal (John 3:16). As Jesus said, the one who endures to the end will be saved (Matthew 24:13).
