There was a time when I heard the voice of the Lord in the thunder. I was standing on the side of my mom’s house deciding on what choice to make in my life at that time. What was my next big step? Which way should I go?
These were my choices: a great job in a medical office working for high end doctors or going to divinity school. Was it time for me to settle down into an office job at only twenty-five years of age?
I still felt like I hadn’t found my purpose. So, I took the road less traveled and went to divinity school instead of taking the secure job. I have never regretted that choice. It was one of the best decisions I made in life.
